Rooted in Integrated Hatha Vinyasa yoga, Eliza emphasizes the union of opposites - strength & flexibility - in each posture to support balance in her student's lives. Intentional sequencing aims to develop a deeper sense of self-awareness. Her sequences are shaped like a wave - they have a beginning, a middle and an end; moving from simple to more complex asanas and breathing techniques.
